The original photo was taken on the waterfront in old Montreal this past September. The original photo was rather blurry but I found the colours and lines interesting so I saved it. It became the impetus for this artwork which was created using a variety of artistic techniques and textures.
I have always been a lifelong learner—first as an secondary school educator and principal in my professional career and now as an aspiring artist in my retired life.
